Since bursting onto the Philadelphia real estate scene in May, 2012, Ryan McCann has flourished as the newest agent on the McCann Team.With over 70 properties already closed or pending in under 3 months, he has not only become a standout rookie in the field, but the McCann Team’s premier Leasing Specialist.Born in Philadelphia and a recent graduate of Penn State University, Ryan has been raised around real estate his entire life.

After interning for two summers as an office assistant and learning the details of the business, he completed his licensing courses at Temple Real Estate Institute. Since then, he has become an Accredited Buyer Representative and is hard at work to earn the GREEN Realtor designation.
